Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. If you have gloves or any other gear, feel free to bring them along. Don't worry if you don't; we have everything you need to get started.

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled lesson. This gives you a chance to meet your instructor, tour our facility, and get settled in before the action begins.

Your first lesson is an introduction to the exhilarating world of martial arts. No prior experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
